Olivier Le Gall is an agricultural engineer and holds a doctorate in biology. After twenty years of research on molecular interactions between plants and viruses and on viral diversity, he held several scientific management positions at INRA (head of the plant health in the environment department, director of the sustainable crop health management metaprogram, deputy director general), during which he was keen to stimulate interdisciplinary approaches in agroecology, from biology to the human sciences.
